Privacy policy

Short version: AtomicList works without an account and stores all your data only on your device. We do not collect, transmit or sell anything.

1. What we store

We persist the categories, items, item history, templates and your app settings on your device using the operating system's standard key-value storage.

2. What we do not collect

• No accounts, no sign-in.
• No analytics, telemetry or crash reports leave your device.
• No advertising IDs, no third-party SDKs that track you.
• No automatic cloud backup: AtomicList disables Android Auto-Backup so your lists never end up in a third-party cloud unless you explicitly share them.

3. What you can share

When you use "Share" or "Share data export", AtomicList hands a piece of text to your operating system's share sheet. Where it goes from there (Messages, Mail, …) is up to you and the receiving app.

4. Permissions

AtomicList only requests the notifications permission, and only when you actively enable reminders. It does not request location, camera, contacts or any other runtime permission.

5. Your rights (EU/GDPR)

Because no personal data leaves your device, no processor agreement is required. You can erase all data at any time from Settings → Data → Erase all data.
